Order Handling Time:
Most our orders within two business days. If for some reason there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email to explain the situation.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship via UPS. When your order ships, UPS will email tracking information and a scheduled delivery date to you .
We charge for shipping by weight of the order.

Standard Shipping is via UPS Ground.
Express Shipping is via UPS Second Day Air.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders (up to 10 lbs.): $17.95
Larger Orders (over 10 lbs.): We will contact you with a quote.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico allow 8-10 days for delivery.

Canadian Orders:
We ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
Small Orders (up to 5 lbs.): $27.95
Larger Orders (5-10 lbs.): $35.50
Canadian orders allow 14 days for delivery.

International Orders:
We ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
Small Orders (up to 5 lbs.): $45.50
Larger Orders (5-10 lbs.): $58.50
International orders allow 14 days for delivery.


Note: There may be exceptions to this pricing. If so, we will email a shipping quote. We do not ship to Nigeria.

 

Return Policy:

Returns:
If you need to return an item for a refund, we must receive the item within 30 days of the original order date. We will credit the buyers credit card within 2 business days of receiving the item. The credit may take up to 6 weeks to appear on your credit card statement, please be patient. All items received more than 30 days past the order date will be considered for merchandise credit.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made via mail or UPS. Send your tie-dye back to us within 30 days of the original order date with a note letting us know whether you want an exchange or refund. If you wish to exchange your item, please be sure to let us know size and color of the new item. Allow 2-3 weeks per exchange.
